This whole "health care" thing is crazy. First off, no one really needs "health insurance." Most people who are healthy have their own health in their own hands. Eat good, take vitamins, use some herbs like echinachea, almonds, avoid High Fructose Corn Syrups, and other things and your good to go. Pay cash when you do need to visit a doctor and only carry a "Catastrophic Medical Insurance Plan." (major surgery or other medical crisis. You really don't even need "health insurance." it's been a scam from the onset mostly run, owned, and operated by members of the medical profession.

I heard this today. The Safeway plan sounds like if enacted properly could work for more than just Safeway. Maybe we could go as far as saying that this is a "safe way" of improving on our health and the costs of paying for it. The government doesn't need to be much bigger than it is.
