It appears as if President Obama does not really care about womens' rights, freedom, Liberty, the 1st or 2nd (or any) Amendments, so Iranian dissidents have turned their eyes toward an unexpected neighbor. Israel. Here is an excerpt:
Iranian Dissident: Dear Israeli Brothers and Sisters - Help Us!
by Nissan Ratzlav-Katz

"Dear Israeli Brothers and Sisters," writes Iranian dissident Arash Irandoost, "Iran needs your help more than ever now. And we will be eternally grateful. Please help opposition television and radio stations which are blocked and being jammed by the Islamic Republic (Nokia and Siemens) resume broadcast to Iran. There is a total media blackout and Iranians inside Iran for the most part are not aware of their brave brothers and sisters fighting and losing their lives daily. And the unjust treatment and brutal massacre of the brave Iranians in the hands of the mullah's paid terrorist Hamas and Hizbullah gangs are not seen by the majority of the Iranians. Please help in any way you can to allow these stations resume broadcasting to Iran.

"And, please remember that we will remember, as you have remembered Cyrus the Great's treatment of you in your time of need," Irandoost concludes, signing his blogged call for help "Your Iranian Brothers and Sisters!" [Please read the whole article at Israel News.]
What is happening is atrocious, and the world remains silent. Is this how Hitler rose to power? I thought we swore, "Never again!"? Shall we sit here, comfortably, getting ready to celebrate the 4th of July? What does the 4th of July really mean to you if you can sit by and say nothing?

These are our brothers and sisters. Especially if you are a Christian. What can we do, you ask yourself or me? We can burn the phone lines down calling President Obama (1-202-456-1111) and let him know what you think of his silence! You can call your representatives (1-202-224-3121 or 225-3121, they both work) and encourage them to speak out for the dissidents in Iran. We can also encourage them to put the money back into the fund set up by the Republicans and some Democrats for the Iranian dissidents. We can help them with news through TV stations that the mullahs won't have the time to block, at least not all of them! We can also use the radio. Whatever ideas you have, share them.

Where are all the Muslims who rallied when you thought it possible that any type of book could be flushed down a toilet let alone a Koran? WHERE IS YOUR VOICE? Do you not see the horror? Or do you approve of it? How about it CAIR? Yes, I guess we know where you stand.

Let me tell you something, though. There were people protesting all across this nation. I did notice you. There were probably more of you than any TV station is about to admit, which leads me to question whether or not we truly do have a free press or just a lazy one? From New York City to California. From sea to shining sea. Yes, injustice was proclaimed by the PEOPLE, not by these so-called groups that claim to represent you. Please remember this the next time they start squaking. It's probably for their masters. Do you really want to please those dictators? I didn't think so.

Everyone stay safe, keep praying, keep protesting, and come to my Tea Party on the 4th of July at Bixby Park, 130 Cherry Ave, Long Beach, California. We shall be having a moment of silence, and I will be wearing a green t-shirts. I will have green ribbons for you as well. You don't have to wear one. It's up to you. What is right is right, and it doesn't matter that it's not happening here. The truth is, it most certainly could. We must all be grateful. Have a nice day.

May you walk with the LORD always, and when you cannot take another step, may He carry you the rest of the way until you can walk along side Him again.

I refer to Christians in the sense that Persia used to be one of the first Christian nations after Israel. (Not so much in Israel, though.) Believe it or not, Syria was also a Christian nation. That is, until Mohammed started his slaughter of anyone who disagreed with him.

That does not mean I hate other people of different faiths. I can still disagree with others and love them at the same time. That is one of the basis of Christianity, but only one. Another is to care about those who are in need and may need our help. It is the Christians who ran the underground railroads to free the slaves, it is the Christians who demanded equal rights for women, it is the Christians who founded this country and there is no denying that. It is also Christians who fought in the Revolutionary War to make us a free people. I happen to be a Christian, so I can call my brothers and sisters to their moral duty. I am not Jewish, so I cannot do the same, nor am I Muslim. We need our own people to call upon their brothers and sisters if we are going to make a difference.

By the way, I do write on a Muslim site. I do not ask them to adapt to me, nor do they ask me to adapt to them. We are all fighting for the same thing, and upon that we agree. So why not do what is right? You may do the same. If you do not like Christians calling upon other Christians, then maybe you won't like what I have to say. At least I have the freedom to say it, and so do you. Have a blessed day.
