The Originalist NY-23 Isn't Over Yet

Something funny went on with the vote count in NY-23. All the votes have not been counted and Owens' lead is narrowing as 'mistakes' in Owens' favor have been discovered. Hoffman said had he known the true count, he would not have conceded. Owens was quickly sworn in in order to pass the health care bill over the weekend even though the state has not yet certified the election results. Hoffman now trails by only 3000 votes.
