Remember the last time Congress screwed the Seniors and America?

This video in 1989 shows how angry the Seniors were. Congress passed a bill to tax seniors more heavily for some type of "Catastrophic health care" bill. It was repealed soon after passage due to huge public outcry. Sound familiar?
