Hands Off My Healthcare!!!

It should be ILLEGAL for employers to offer healthcare!! Get the Middleman's---be it gov. or employer--hands off our healthcare!!!

Healthcare...Yours, Mine, Ours...should be in our control!

Does OUR employer come and ask specifically what we want in coverage?
Does OUR healthcare coverage depend on our choice of companies?
Does OUR healtcare serve us or the company with whom they are working for?

Does anyone know the name or number of the bill...

That just passed in the Senate this passed week regarding the OKAY to continue speending over $3,000 PER SIGN to clutter our roadsides "telling us the project we are seeing is a shovel ready project and how the stimulus is being spent."

Call our Senator today and the person on the other end had NO idea what I was talking about & had never hear anything about a bill as such.

Maybe it was hidden in something else? THANK YOU!!!

Hey Jamie,

My hubby is holding his first FairTax meeting here in Hoboken tomorrow night. So far he has only one RSVP, but I told him to not get discouraged. There are other ways we can try to get the word out. He's connected to the other NJ FairTax reps and they are all very engaged and active.

Let me know if you have any advice on how to get more people interested in it.

Busy getting the word out as well as messaging and joining...as for the fair tax, I have written about it in my articles on the site. I am supportive of it and trying to implement a system which will allow us to do so...along with a number of other things. I want a system that allows ALL the changes we need to be done. Hi Jamie,
I have not read any of the fair tax books, nor have I read Hugh Hewitt's book against the fair tax. I did look at the fair tax website a bit.
Basically I am an adamant conservative. I believe that our Constitution gives us all that we need to enjoy our life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness so long as we will abide by it. To that end, I agree completely with the goal of repealing the Sixteenth Amendment, however that is the extent of changes to the Constitution I support in regards to taxation. I see nothing wrong with what Article I Section 8 provides in relation to the Federal Government's power to collect taxes.
I believe that between repealing the Sixteenth Amendment and confining the Federal Government back to the powers that were originally granted it, the amount of revenue needed by the Federal Government would be greatly decreased and individuals and businesses alike would flourish.
We do not need to try and "reinvent the wheel," we just need to follow the guidelines given to us by men who were incredibly intelligent, who had studied all kinds of different types of government throughout history, and who were well aware of the Bibles teachings in relation to government and taxes. It is all there in our Constitution, we just need to re-learn it and embrace it.

I TOTALLY AGREE with your efforts here. The IRS is an absolutley illegal intity, NEVER ratified by the state, yet they have so much control over our lives.

The reason businesses are leaving this country is because of the tax code, and it will get a whole lot worse before it gets better. And now we have Dear Timothy!!! Doesn't he just make you sick?!
