Sottomayor nomination - Start with Senate Judiciary Committee Members
Just in case someone is unfamiliar with how this works, the nominee must be voted out of the Senate Judiciary Committee by Senate Judiciary Committee Members before the entire Senate votes on the nomination so it is best to target the 18 (I think) members of this committee first. You can see the Judiciary Committee members at www.judiciary.senate.gov/about/members.cfm.
