Parental Rights Amendment

Hi Melinda,

I live in Oakland, NJ and I am involved with parentalrights.org in Virginia. I have been involved here in NJ and DC as the NJ State Coordinator, by getting people aware and involved. As well as meeting with Legislatures. I have met with the Directors in the Virginia office. They are wanting people to become District Coordinators, which is for the specific areas where they live. This is basically signing on, contributing, emailing legislatures and telling others.

It is great that yo… Continue

Are you on Facebook and LinkedIn?

I would like to connect with you there also. I am trying to make more friends and fans so that I can spread awareness for breast cancer during pregnancy. I was diagnosed Stage 3 in the 5th month of my pregnancy in May. My status updates on Facebook and LinkedIn are usually about my fight.

First, I would like to thank you for your efforts to address the problems we have with our government. I am thankful for every single person who is paying attention to what is going on. I am sending you this message to ask for your help. I have set up a website for two reasons. First, to educate those who are not aware of some of the issues we are faced with, and second....most importantly..to offer a solution which will allow us to correct ALL the problems we have with government and not just one or two. The web site is www.americanvote.info. I have included an article on health care, one on cap and trade, and the solution is in the Manifesto. The critical news contains recent updates and additional areas of concern. I would suggest the articles be read in that order for continuity. My request is that you read it over and, if you agree with me, that you send the web address to anyone...family, friends, anyone who is a concerned citizen. If you can help get the link out via twitter, facebook, myspace or any other communication site it will help greatly. I am trying to get this to as many people as possible as soon as possible. All of us need to act or I fear it could be too late by the time we wake up enough people to what is going on. I must point out that the cap and trade article appears to be getting skipped by some readers. That is a mistake because it contains a "wealth" of info on what we are up against and who is behind it. To fully understand the importance of the solution outlined in the manifesto you need to read that first. I thank you in advance for your time. My best wishes for you and the future of the country we love. Paul
ps. I have now added three new articles and again they are best read in order, as I write with the presumption you understand what I have explained in previous articles....new: "State of the Union", "Regarding Liberty" and "Their Plan". I also added the mission statement to make it clear what VOA intends. I have been told by those who have read the entire site that I have understated the importance of what is posted. I will let you be the judge of that. It is a rather long read, but it is loaded. I would appreciate you comments. You can sign the guestbook on the site or you can message me here. I listed a new article today. It is titled...JOHN GALT ..it is written to the liberal minded. And..I would welcome your feedback on the site.Best regards, Paul

Hi Laura, This is a letter from John Ried to Glenn Beck and he mentioned a Sue Allen. He sent me the correct name which is the Tenn Rep regarding State Sovereignty. If you look up Rep Susan Lynn you'll see the info. Below is John's letter. Ellen - Florida

Glenn,
I am greatly dismayed by our current situation. To the point. I only believe we can stop this madness by a re-assertion of state sovereignty, a movement that has already begun. To that end, I am running for state rep in my state of MO. We are one state not currently pursuing a 10th Amendment Sovereignty Bill. We will work on that.

Many other states have already passed that as well as other specific sovereignty legislation like Guns in Montana and Tennessee. That is step one, state re-assertion of sovereignty. Step two, unite the states together. Sue Allen, State Rep in Tennessee, chairs a committee that will be distributing a letter calling for collaboration of states on the issue of sovereignty, I hope, to force the federal government to 'cease and desist' from illegal, unconstitutional activity, especially the spending of money.

People call for a rebuilding of the Republican Party...but they are right there in this health care argument (for example)...they want to spend a trillion dollars too...they just want to do it THEIR way. Do we need health care reform? Sure. Can we afford to do it now? Absolutely not!! Try telling that to the Republicans who WILL pass the health care fiasco if it includes the sweetness THEY want.

Throw the bums out? I don't think we have the luxury of waiting till the mid-terms in 2010, and then 2012, and 2014 etc.

The PLAN.
When state legislatures return to session in January, I would like to see a local protest like was accomplished on 9/12. Call on the MANY groups (Tea Party, SGP, Oath Keepers, 10 Amendment and more) to march on their state capital on a day when we can ALL demonstrate to our local BIPARTISANS (Dems and Rep) that they must stop the federal government in their tracks, and demand strict adherence to the US Constitution, a balanced budget, bills that can be read by simple Americans, and that they keep to their oath of office...all three branches. Or else that day could be 'the shot heard round the world' all over again. Certainly it is easier at this point to force the state government to get a spine than the federal. To wait any longer would be folly.

For as George Washington said, "Experience teaches us that it is much easier to prevent an enemy from posting themselves than it is to dislodge them after they have got possession. " We are most certainly seeing the face of the enemy and if we cannot stop them now, we may be forced to defending our way of life with liberty's teeth (George Washingtion again). For, "When in the course of human events it becomes necessary....."

It is my hope that you might feel we can bring about change from the states upward, for I do not believe the evil power in Washington DC will go quietly. Yet we will need a strong national voice with a loyal following to spread the word as was once done when we had to declare our independence from tyranny and oppression, as was done on 9/12 to protest our dissatisfaction. They did not hear us in Washington. They will hear us in our own state capitals!

My prayers accompany my resolve!
