The group "As a Mom" is sponsoring a nationwide protest against Obamacare, called the "Seeing RED Rally", on 3/11/10. Each state is deciding it's own locations, etc. Let's help them make a BIG statement. For protest details near to you go and check out their website: http://asamom.ning.com/

Tuesday Aug 18, 7pm at Westward Ho in Sioux Falls two members of the SF City Council will present the budget for next year. It includes a 4% tax hike--just because the state gov. allows it. Come and ask your questions!

Sarah,

Nothing personal but you quit your job before the job was done. It was an important job that we hired you to do as Governor of Alaska but you failed to complete the job. We cannot hire anybody in our firm who cannot complete the job that we hired them to do. Please understand our position, we need someone who will be able to finish the term whatever the outcome.

We wish you the best of luck in your new career and we will give you our best recommendation outside of politics.

Right on, Melanie! I totally agree with you that we need to make it an issue that is front and center. I believe we are seeing a realization as to how far left our gov't has gotten and how badly we need to get back to our core VALUES. Hopefully this has lit a fire under all of us to stand up for what is right, for the rights of the preborn, for marriage and family, for freedom, and for standing up for our religious freedoms and our faith.

With the Pro-Life movement gaining ground, I believe that it is vital to shed light on the issue of abortion and hopefully bring more over to the side of life. I make sure that on my social networking sites I mention at least one abortion fact, or abortion related comment a day. I do this with the hope that I might inform an individual that may be on the fence when it comes to abortion. I think there are many in this world that have been misinformed by the left wing media, and it is time to give them a proper education. I have to believe that there are people that don’t fully understand what being Pro-Choice is all about, and I hope that if they see the damage it perpetuates than they will make a better choice!

This is why we need to make it known that abortion is very important to us, and we wont be quiet about it anymore. Write to your favorite television shows, ask them to cover abortion on a regular basis. We need to open the eyes of this Country, because what is happening is not ok. Talk to your friends about abortion, ask them to talk to their friends…lets make it the number one thing in their mind. I have written to President Obama urging him to reconsider his stance on abortion, and you should too. Write to anyone and everyone that you can think of. I also encourage you to visit Pro-Life sites, and make sure that others are aware of them as well.
