Hearing for anti-ObamaCare HJR 39 Tuesday -- Your Witness Form Here

In August 2010 71% of Missouri voters soundly rejected ObamaCare by passing Proposition C.

 

It was a great first step, but it was only a statute - now it's time to up the ante. It's time to put the protections of Prop C into the Missouri Constitution where it will have more authority and provide a foundation for an act nullifying the entirety of ObamaCare.

 

Senator Jane Cunningham has reintroduced what is essentially the language voters adopted in 2010 in SJR 39. If this proposed constitutional amendment passes the Senate and the House, it will again go to a vote of the People.

There is no more important job before us than nullifying ObamaCare - we must protect our healthcare, and we must keep government from taking over 1/6 of the economy AND we must let the federal government know Missouri intends to keep them within their constitutional bounds!

Missouri residents....

Paul Curtman, one of our MO state reps is presenting a bill to MO congress this week to audit the Federal Reserve and lord knows that needs to be done, so please go to this website, listen to what Paul has to say and sign this petition. You could also send an email or give a call to your state rep and encourage him or her to co-sponsor the bill.

There have been changes to the MO2 debate tonight. First, it is NOT a debate. Ann Wagner will not be present. Ed Martin will be speaking and taking questions. The location has changed to PJ's Tavern in Kirkwood 123 West Jefferson Avenue. It is one block west of Kirkwood Rd (Lindbergh). It is still begins at 6pm.
