The Tenth Amendment Center has a web site devoted to state sovereignty/nullification. We are contacting them to see how we can work with them to get our state sovereignty laws passed next year. They are already high profile which moves us forward a little faster in our quest.

Go to www.FLfreedom.org and scroll to the Florida Health Care Freedom Act. Look up your state senators and state house reps and see if they have co-sponsored the bill. If they haven't, get everyone in your district to call and email them till they sign up as a co-sponsor.
I have spoken with Scott Plakon who is the original legislator behind this legislation and the only way to get it passed is through the legislature NOT a state ballot. So we need every legislator on board. There are only 4 state senators and 40 representatives so far. You can add your name to the site but it won't get the bill passed, so please start contacting your representatives today!

Now is the time to start researching the candidates. We need a strong CONSERVATIVE governor, one that will reject the unConstitutional dung that's being passed in DC! We must render DC powerless over the states, specifically Florida.

It's time to form a Florida State Sovereignty group and fight to pull our state out of this nightmare! It's time we turn our focus from DC, where they don't listen to us no matter what we demand or do, and put it on Florida! We must organize a welcome back rally for when the session begins again in Tallahassee on 2 March 2010. We must get to the state house the first of January to ensure bills/resolutions are properly drafted and filled by the January & February deadlines (January 22, 2010 5:00 p.m., deadline for submitting requests for drafts of general bills and joint resolutions, including requests for companion bills, and February 26, 2010 5:00 p.m., deadline for approving final drafts of general bills and joint resolutions, including companion bills). We must get the attention of our state legislators and take our state back from the brink of disaster. Like other states, we must force our legislators to pass state sovereignty bills and demand Charlie Crist signs them into effect IMMEDIATELY! Bill Nelson sold us out for a few pieces of gold. We can't wait to vote him out in 2012, we need to marginalize him now by forcing state legislators to pass laws that will not allow the implementation in Florida of any unConstitutional law passed in DC! This includes the health care takeover, cap & tax or any other law that expands the control of the federal government over our lives or increases government spending and debt.

We CANNOT WAIT any longer to take action!
