Hey everyone! Digging up her info was much easier than expected as I've had her book for about 8 or 9 years I didn't think I'd have luck this morning before I ran out the door. But here it is: http://66.116.170.228/gpage.html31.html. Also, her book is still available on Amazon for under $13. A quick google search of Mary E. Webster will give you the result above if you can't access the link from this note. Happy studying!

I'm not sure if it's on line. I will do some digging and follow up by Saturday as today and tomorrow I have a pretty heafty schedule. Thanks for being patient!
I purchased this book a few years ago and heard her interviewed a couple of times and she seems pretty much on the mark. In my opinion, it's worth the time to take a look and, as always, make your decision if it's right for you.

Lynn, is it on line? If so, would you post a link? Thanks.

I haven't looked at it, so don't know what to think about it. The value of a translation depends upon two things: First, does the translator fully understand the original text? Second, is the translator completely honest and accurate in making the translatio? I personally don't like to rely on translators; BUT, if I were having trouble with the original, I would read the translation. It's is better to read the translation that read nothing at all! All one has to do is remember that one is reading a translation - and it may not be completely accurate.
Yes! I read The Bible in English. I'm learning Greek, but until I'm fluent, I'll be using my English translation.

So if someone is having problems with the original, by all means, use a translation! If a person has questions, s/he can always refer to the original. Good question, Lynn!

Has anyone utilized the The Federalist Papers by Mary Webster? She worked on this for quite a while to basically translate the original into our current everyday lingo to help us understand the writings. Just a thought......

Hi, Lori! I have been thinking about when I should proceed! Glad you are here, dear.

Jenny, I am with you. I have to get caught up as well. I am taking a foreign government course and American Constitution court with a liberal instructor and I must admit, it is getting more liberal by the day. It will be fantastic learning with the constitution with SGP members.

A few weeks ago I was given a pocket version of the Declaration of Independence and The U.S. Constitution and have been enthralled with it ever since. I have been keeping it my purse and reading it over and over although I must admit I am having a hard time understanding some of it. That’s why I was so happy to have found this group and can’t wait to get started on the first assignment. Looks like I may be a little behind so I will have to try and catch up.
