I'm tired as seeing my intro as the last post. I believe yesterday's election has proven there are more of us jumping on the right bandwagon than ever before. We need to get to the University students as they are being brainwashed to the hilt. They don't even realize their quest for Freedom of Speech in the 1960's have turned them into anti-Freedom of Speech communists today. It's like we're a nation of mindless idiots.

I didn't know this group existed until just now. Here's my story. I grew up with Democratic parents. My whole family was democratic. I was told they are for the average person and Republicans were only for the rich. New York is a very Democratic state as well--especially where I lived.

I held onto these beliefs for over 50 years. I considered myself a liberal as I believe being gay is not my business, and how great it is the Democratic government believes in helping people. I worked during summers for the NAACP, Department of Housing, and the Department of Agriculture. The NAACP and Dept. of HUD was all about helping people. I could relate to that--especially since I more than most people I know always needs some help of some kind from the government or family.

When I got married for the first time it was to a Romanian. His family fled from there when the communists came in. They had so many horror stories about the communists it was an awakening. Not about being a Dumbocrat, but how it is like under communist rule.

After my divorce I took a trip to China. Even on the plane on the way there I was warned not to talk to the people who live there as it meant death to them. I couldn't give an itinerary to my family at home because I wasn't allowed to know it. Even on the plane I couldn't tell my new "friends" where I was staying as that was kept a secret until I actually walked into the hotel. Everything I did on that trip was organized by the government. I had a fantastic time there, but this was the way it was. When I exchanged my dollars for yen it was "special" currency that only tourists were allowed to have. So if a Chinese individual had possession of this money the government knew they must have stole it. I was told which shops I can go into that the Chinese people were banned from. I was also told if I like something in Beijing, I should wait until the end of my trip in Shanghai to get it as the price would be the same and the products would be the same. I was told by the tour guide about how she was only allowed to have one child and how little the salaries were. All the salaries were set at one amount, except for doctors. A little more was given to the doctors. The government decided what you should learn in school, what job you can have and how much you can make. The people could not simply hop on a plane and go visit another country. Visas were very very hard to get and it took years for it to come through.

In fact, when a co-workers' parents died here in the U.S. she wanted to bring her sisters here for the funeral. It took a Congress person to get her sisters to come here.

So I was able to hear and see first-hand the effects of communisim. I also am familiar with Nazism as I'm the daughter of a Holocaust survivor and through the job I have now I was given work by Stephen Spielberg for his Shoah Foundation, (Holocaust Foundation). He took testimonies of 50,000 Holocaust survivors around the world. I had to listen to 800 of them. In addition, my father in law's mother was a resistence fighter in France during WW II. She and he told me horror stories as well.

Even with all this knowledge I didn't think it had anything to do with liberalism and never in a million years thought this country would ever come to that type of way of life.

Then 13 years ago I was told there was a conspiracy among all the world's governments to get rid of most of the population. It was something they had to do and even Hitler was a part of it. Why it was something that had to be done I cannot tell you. I am under a death threat if I tell. I didn't know when this would happen, but never thought it would be done within my lifetime. After all, this plan was in the works since WW II. In addition, I didn't know if I could believe this person because it sounded preposterous.

Then little by little I started reading about the things this person told me on the Internet. This started last year. Everything he swore me to secret about was being discussed. Then one day I was sitting with him in the hospital and a nurse came walking by. She stopped dead in her tracks and said to my friend, "I know you." Then the three of us went into an office and the things they discussed was very far-fetched. But it was no longer coming out of the mouth of my friend, but this stranger. She didn't mention killing most of the world, but it was enough to start believing my friend and what he told me.

Still this was not enough to make me concerned. So when the last election came around I watched NBC as usual and didn't pay any attention to my husband who was trying to tell me not to vote for Obama. He voted for Ralph Nader. Another friend tried telling me not to vote for Obama. He voted for Ron Paul. My daughter voted for McCain. I went into the voting booth not knowing who to vote for. I voted for Obama. I wanted Hillary, but Obama was the Democrat running and I still considered myself a Democrat.

Then when Obama took office I began to see the writing on the wall. I heard him give a speech on TV and said, "That makes sense. That's good. Very nice to have a healthcare system that does that." That very evening I was riding in the car with my husband. He put on the Marc Levin radio station. Marc was going through a list with page numbers as to what was in the bill. I sat there in horror. That was contradictory to what B-O was saying that very afternoon in his speech. I was so amazed the next day I not only listened to his radio show's archive, I transcribed it. I was now woken up to the truth.

The more I listened to him, to Glenn Beck, Rush Limburgh, etc., the more I realized all the things B-O was doing were the same tactics used by Hitler. From that point onward, I have never heard a good thing coming out of this administration's mouth.

I watched the Cap & Trade vote on TV. My husband once designed and built a weather station for Fordham University, which is being used now by Cablevision for their weather forecasts. He understands everything technical. He is self-taught and has a photographic memory. He taught himself Quantum Physics for that job. He explained to me why Cap & Trade is a farce. It's not us causing global warming. It's the sun moving that is causing it. Also, when we have earthquakes the earth moves off its axis as well. There's nothing we can do about global warming.

So this is my story.

I agree Rob.That is a great point to make concerning the issue.I have really looked around at not only this iste but others as well. And I think it is safe to sy that probably 80-90% of all conservatives support equal rights for Gay couples. It just comes down to the issue of forcing religious institutions to accept them when it is against the religion.

There is a balance that must be maintained here.
whether we agree or not with homosexuality we must respect their choices as consenting adults.
Or we risk endangering our own rights.
And that is what is happening right now.
Politicans and the Left are using the LGBT community to further their foot hold on country same as what they are doing with minorities.
It is really sic. They don't care about rights and liberties.
They care about control.

I think Gay Marriage is an issue whcih the right has really blown. I was with Bush when he said he wanted civil unions available because I think gays need to have the same rights as straights, but the left leaning "gay" lobby (run by straights in many cases) is pushing for laws that would require religious institutions to change their theology or face punishment, and I'm disgusted by that. Civil unions are the answer, but on the right we allow this to become a religious rather than civil issue.
